MaryAnn’s career in the Title and Escrow industry started in Northern Nevada in 1976. She was trained in Title and Escrow, and worked extensively in both departments. Prior to entering Title and Escrow, MaryAnn served as the Deputy County Recorder. MaryAnn was President of the Mason Valley Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Lyon County Committee for Economic Development.
Her career focused mainly on the escrow side, handling ranches, mining claims, land development and water rights. Upon relocating to the Bay area to work for First American Title’s Major Accounts/National Accounts Division, she focused on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, reverse exchanges, and large commercial developments.
MaryAnn brought her wealth of knowledge to First Centennial Title Company in 2002 and would appreciate the opportunity to put her knowledge to work for you.
